1. Availability

Please understand that our featured items offered are ready made fast food items and therefore in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability and nature of production, stock will not and cannot be altered. That means once an order is placed; it will be delivered and not modified on the website again. When an item featured on www.papa-chinos.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

Product Information

Keep in mind, in consideration to laws of Bangladesh on shippable items, fragility and other constraints www.papa-chinos.com does not carry every item that you would find in our outlets. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.).

Food Value

As all the products are use from recognized brand so that the food value of the food items provided by Papa Chino’s as per the recognized standard. Customers can any time clarify the doubts with the recognized brands from here Papa Chino’s supply comes.

All our products served at the outlet and in delivery are 100% hygienic. Customers can check the truthiness of this information any time by following a prescribed by the Papa Chino’s authority.

VAT & Tax

All our product prices and services are subject to VAT & Tax as applicable by laws of Bangladesh.

Order

Papa Chino’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Payment

All payments will be done in cash, credit card, internet banking basis while picking up the food from outlets or from home delivery

Shipping and Processing Fees

Papa Chino’s providing this facility with a fixed charged applicable with distance from outlets.

Delivery time

The home delivery time generally is 50 mins after placing the order for the locations adjacent to our Papa Chino’s outlet. But when the delivery locations are far away we take generally 1hr or more. However depending on the road, traffic and any other unwanted situation arising while delivering the food must be accepted with mutual understanding. No delay in delivery is intentional from our side.
